Detailing the new ride...

Jeff A 993,
Concerning those tips, what are the partnumbers please ? I was able to buy apair of those but I bought the ones with 993 111 252 51, which are for wide bodies. So I am looking for some narrow body ones but knowing the partnumbers would be a help.
Thanks

I'll take a look.
As a side note, they were not on the car when I bought it. Picked them up on ebay, polished them up, and put them on the car. They may very well be from a C2S.

No, I used a basic (clean) tire brush--one we had laying around. I didn't want to use one of my better brush in fear that it would get "ratty" from cleaning the engine.

Yeah, the tire brush works well.
If you are going to get some run-of-the-mill brushes, pick up a plastic handled toilet brush--it works great for the engine and the wheel wells.

Heck, after all that polishing, I have the body of a 35 year old. (guess how old I am. ) My wife won't let me have the body of a 21 year old anymore.

Jeff, your car looks freakin awesome. Outstanding!!
However, next time save yourself the elbow grease and time and get as good a result , if not better, with Rejex. And... it will last and last and last and last and.................
By far the best paint protection I have ever used in 35 years of waxing my own cars.
I must admit that it is so good that it has taken some of my fun away. I have been itchin to be rubbin my car but it hasn't needed it the almost one year since I applied it. Stuffs freakin incredible.
