Sunset has them for the cars w/o bumperettes for around $70 a corner. Or you can go here http://www.automotion.com/ProductPag...Lenses&type=20
and get them for cars w/ the bumperettes for $110 a corner.

Best place I've found for the euro corners (no bumperettes as in pic provided) is at Departstop... $109 for the pair. Also, those are turbo ducts in the pic you provided, not the stock fog light set-up.

Here is what I have set up on my car now. I plan on changing it in the next few weeks. So I will check the sites you have given me so far. Do you know where I can get the turbo ducts?

Or you can get the Tech Art version which works well with the turbo bumper.

Cheers,

Caveman;

I love the Techart ducts and really want a set, but over in North America, they are over $1100.00us! Are they any cheaper in the U.K.?

Cheers;

Those Techart's are great looking. Do you know what the difference is between the different options? Quality? Fit?

I´ve never really liked the Techart ones, looking a bit cross-eyed to me.
I´m 99.99% sure that those are originally Golf 3 fogs.

Brian and folks,
Does anyone know if those clear indicators set up from Automotion were produced with the correct size for the bumperette US version cars or simply another "handmade cut and cracked version" from the original ones?
TIA,
Freddy

AFAIK, all shorty versions for US bumpers are simply cut down Euro version clears.

There was a group buy a few weeks ago and I think there are some sets let over; otherwise there are a few vendors depending on whether you want: (1) factory vs aftermarket; and (2) positioning lights vs fog lights vs driving lights.

This has been discussed many times but the things to keep in mind are: (1) Turbo S ducts are a straight swap and can be used w/ or w/o bumperettes; (2) there are no US-spec clear indicators, they are all cut-down Euro indicators; (3) the US and Euro light sockets are different so don't toss your factory socket before you complete the swap; and (4) if you delete the bumperettes you will need to patch and respray the bumper. Good luck with the mod, it's a nice improvement in looks

Hi Eric,

They nare a lot cheaper if they come with the car when you buy it.... ;-) I almost fell off my seat when I heard how much they go for. The lights do look exactly like Mk3 golf units though the golf ones don't have sidelights in them. That's a shame as they would be a lot cheaper to replace!

Cheers,

David

Sorry, not sure. I haven't bought them yet. Try giving them a call.
