Well, after my successful installation of a front protection bar a few weeks ago (a "1" on the p-car.com scale of difficulty of 1-10), I decided to be bold and move on to a "2"... replacing a pesky burnt out LED in my third brake light assembly.

I undertook this activity yesterday evening and it was a complete success!! The DIY on Robin's site was very easy to follow and the only somewhat tricky part was the neccessary soldering (why in the "hell" did Hella decide to use 24 individual soldered bulbs anyway??).

Anyway, if anyone has toyed with the idea of getting in there and doing this yourself, it ain't that bad.

I'm ready to move on to "3"... any suggestions?

Feels great, doesn't it, when a plan comes together?

For your next "3" DIY... HIDS, RS motor mounts or RS short shifter would be my suggestions.

I did this one as well. It was my first DIY. My second will be the FP Bar. I hope the FP bar is that easy.
