Mine is up for a rebuild in september with 78,000 on the clock, due to hotspots, not quite sure of the cause.

Lads, fear not. My '95 is approaching 120k and no top-end done so far and I just completed a very comprehensive 120k check-up at Jerry Woods Enterprise, and no top-end job needed in-site!

Just thought I'd report how life is beyond 100k. It's my daily driver and I try to redline it daily (once temp is ok etc...), but these cars can be driven daily and without major costs.

Gotta love OBDI's (ie '95').

Default 150k on the cab

Just got back from the RUF store looking at some really neat cars. Went ahead and checked the 150k cab for faults and guess what....its fine!! woohoo, no topend and still original clutch. I concur with the above post. Only thing wrong is the rear blower appears to be not working. Time for another RS tube...

Glen,

Sorry I missed you at RUF. The guys said the special Boxster with the 997S 3.8 would hang with a GT3. how cool is that?
