First time owner - yeah pix too!
Hi guyz,
Well, it took me 44 years and I had to emigrate to another country -- but am now the PROUD owner of a 1996 '993 Carrera Coupe'.
To cut a long story short - it was my doctor's car and he took really good care of it (Thanx Ray!).
I bought it off him last June and then I spent about 3 days cleaning it inside and out.
Here's a pic of it BEFORE I bought it (see attachment) and here's some pix (on my own webpage) AFTER I bought it and ...wore out my elbow!

Yeah, joined the NY Metro PCA last June too !
The car had only 20,700 (original) miles and had been 'babied'. It was one of those 'finds' that you hear/read about but never seem to cross your path. Well, this one did happen to come into my radar screen and, for obvious reasons, I couldn't turn it down. Carfax.com said it was OK and the PPI (Dave Hammers up in Roslyn) also said it was OK. Next one to say it was OK was my bank ...and the rest, as they say, is history.

When something like that comes across your path, it is a sign and there's only one thing to do. Glad you mad the sensible decision.
Are you planning on attending any Metro events?

Hot Diggity ...another Iris Blue (Metallic).
For those who are interested, I used these products to clean the car.
http://detailingdynamics.com
(This was my first time "claying" a car ...and I must say, so long as you use a decent amount of their 'lubricant' ...it was ezpz.)

Hi,
Re: metro events -- I think the "Fall Foliage" is in my immediate future.
(Just waiting for my 'package' - in the mail - so that I can 'login' and 'book it'.)
