Quick CAb window cleaning question
I searched but can't find the detailing thread where someone said they used 3M swirl remover (I think) to clean rear window like new. Can someone confirm or tell me what the best product is - I have used Plexus but it doesn't get some of the film on the inside of the window. Thanks for the help in advance.

I use Novus products (#1 and #2). They have a cleaner/polish (#1) and two levels (2 and 3) of scratch remover. The stuff works great. No afilliation yadda yadda.

I use 3M hand glaze with soft cotton tee shirt if window is very bad. If necessary include dab of Blue Magic for subborn spots. I than wax over with P21 wax. It comes out great. Many people at Parade commented how great it looked.

I've got all 3 of the Novus cleaners / polishes, as well as the Meguiars stuff. None of them have improved the condition of my window that I can tell. The Novus stuff has worked wonders for me in the past on motorcycle windshields, helmet visors, boat canvas windows, Jeep soft tops, etc., but it's not doing a thing to this window.
I still use the Novus stuff to clean the window often, but I have not been able to get any improvement over how it looked when I got the car.
Next try is the local detail shop - he said he's had some success before, and will give it a shot. If that fails, guess I have to live with it until I replace the top.

Wine tasting is always great in Temecula regardless of the heat! (The tasting rooms are usually air conditioned). I'm going to try the Meguires this weekend. Thanks.
