1. Suspension (ROW M030 w/ RS sways or PSS-9 with RS sways & monoballs/camber plates, strut brace included here since it's so cheap).
2. More noise (from RSR to Supercups).
3. Remove weight (more the better).
4. Remove bumperettes (front & rear).
5. LWF & Euro tranny. These are expensive so that limits but IMO these are the most wrong things in 993.

This is my list. Some I've done already and some I plan on doing in the future.

1. Strut brace - this is a must IMO for Targas; I prefer the beefy look of the AJUSA model.
2. 18" wheels/Tires - I like the Targa wheels but I love the look of the 18's - The Turbo Twists or the Sport Designs are my preference.
3. Motorsound/RSR and the Big Oval Tips - love the sound
4. Row M030/Bilstein HD - My next mod.
5. Stereo upgrade - I have the Trafficpro (Navigation) and I love it.
6. Valentine One - to save me from the tickets
7. Tinted window - the most folks don't do this but it keeps the interior cool and protects it from harmful rays - your Targa will look sharp with the back window tinted.
8. HIDs or at least the Silverstars - the originals are too dim
9. Turbo bumpers with clear corners - a big ticket mod but they look nice
10. The engine tray - OFF - this one is free.

yes, take that tray off....Gaurd LSD or rebuild what you have from two to four discs, change oil every 1500 to 2000k, plugs every 15k...during the summer disconnet the coupler if AWD and reconnect in fall and winter.... Don't be shy about driving her hard...I mean hard...these motor were designed for it...gosh there is so much more..
