After frontend respray - I'm so happy!

Alexander, great job and nice you got to do all those mods at the same time. I was told only 30 days to wait for the paint to cure before clear bra, but shops vary I guess. Hope you can stand the agony of just watching it sit there.
mborkow, I got mine done at Matthews-Carlsen for $2K, and they did ok with AR metallic.

Alexander,
Car looks great. I know the feeling because I just had my front resprayed with new splitters put on. I too am going to be getting the clear bra installation done. I kept my bumperrettes but am very happy with the results and I was able to do all of mine for about $1K. Here is a pic of mine that Mark in Baltimore took at a recent Rennlist gathering.

Thank you, guys!
Thanks, John. Could not resist taking picture of new hood crest - when I got the car even the hood crest was all chipped!
After clear bra, next is going to be the real stuff - suspension. Still haven't figured out what to get though. But I have time - my money tree is all naked at the moment.
Car looks great. So does the price!

Alex,
How did they do matching the paint? Have you seen it in strong sun yet? I'd love to add your front bumper to my car but OB seems like one of those colors it might be very hard to get "right."

Dr. No,
I went with that particular paint shop purely based on best local recommendations (from ferrarichat.com sister forum). I don't know their technique, but the results and color matching look very good to my [admittedly, amauter] eye. The only other detail I know is that they use Glasurit paint - the same paint Porsche uses. I don't know if that is big difference or not, but I know that not every paint shop does use Glasurit. I was happy to learn that they will be using Glasurit, though.
I also got an impression [based on what I read here] that it is LIGHT colors(silvers) that are difficult to match, darks are easier.
