I've been happy w/34F - 36R (approx 2.3 - 2.4) for my 18" tires. Go higher if you prefer better gas mileage & tire life over better handling & ride quality.
Experiment to find out what you like for the way you drive - one size does not fit all.
BTW, thiis has been discussed many, many times.

As Dan says experiment find out what you like. I do this even in my truck. But in my TT with 18"
235s in front and 295s in back I found also that 34 in front and 36 in back gave me about
40psi after a 20-30 minute session on the track which is what I told is the best temps for the tires
I was using-PZeros aysmetricos.
