Coming up on 97k miles. Driven almost daily. No CEL, still getting 4-5k miles to a quart.
Replaced alternator, Oil temp sender & fuel pump in last 12 months...

Bought almost 4 years ago with 42k now has just over 85k. Cel issue came up around 50k, kept driving with it on till 72k then did the chemical flush. All is well. Only other problem has been the dreaded door click. Will get fixed this summer when I do a front end respray.

Bought mine 4 years ago with 19.5K, now have 43K.

Hergesheimer's fixed the door click for well < $100.

Recently passed smog with flying colors (once dead battery issue resolved).

bought my 993 last year from carlsen porsche with about 84k on the clock. cel kept coming on within the first month. had no warranty, but they took care of it. first they did a 90k service on it and reset the computer but the cel came back after a couple days. ended up being the flywheel causing a misfire so they replaced that and the clutch all for FREE =)

that was the first time a dealer actually took care of me. now the car has 90k and runs like a champ.

Hey Allill,

Good to hear Carlsen took care of you as I got mine there as well, haven't had any issues to speak of but I'm glad to know they made good in your case.
