HK G36C

My brakes sounded like haunted house, so before I pick her up do you have any suggestions. Is there a fix or we are stuck with these terrible sounds when coming to a stop? I am getting new pads etc, however, I was told by the dealer here that this is "normal" for 993s. No, I am not having them touch my car. Already had a terrible exprience with them.
