My Quest Continues
I am still looking for a nice 993 with Tiptronic. I was really trying to stay with a coupe, but am now open to Cabs if the interior is in great shape. “Old Guy” Don’t tell me I should have bought Marc’s car, I know.
The black car I am passing on as the owner is firm on the price, and it needs some major rust repairs on the windshield.
Thanks
Michael

I agree, good move on waiting. If the owner doesn't want to budge on price vs valid work that needs to be performed, then move on and look for "the one." It'll come, might take some time, but the payoff is you get a car that you will truly love without excuse or compromise.

Good luck as the search continues. I echo the thoughts of others -- not budging on price when you have to deal with rust is an irrational position to take IMO. BTW, I went with a cab and LOVE it.

When i was looking for my car, Autohaus West had a white targa with tip. Their prices seemed a little high, but they were open to offers. I was looking for a Cab and they sold the one I was interested in before I could get there. Not affiliated with these folks.
Michael
PS, California Motorsport has an arena red targa tip. These are good folks to deal with. They have a web site.

Not your colors, but a nice-sounding Tip: '98, only 11k miles, Aero Kit, Red/Black. It looks good.

There are also three Tips on premiercars.com (sliver, blue, black) and a white Tip targa.
