Small, you are close to my neck of the woods.
You go to Euro.. in Cary? That place near Road Scholars? Ever go to Brad Moyer at The Digital Chassis?

And cheaper, and is great.
Moton are great for spirited drives on the road, but we are talking the Clubsport version, the others are an overkill. The remote reservoir option is a great tool for quick changes in suspension behaviour.
JRZ and Moton have the same founders the J in JRZ is Jerome, the founder of Moton. Their products are similar, Moton moved ahead faster apparently. JRZ are great for competition, you cannot compare them to the Clubsport version of Moton, but you can compare them to the racing version. CS Stifness can be the same as PSS9 for street usage.
Other than Viperbob, Steve W. as well can help you out more if you need second opinion, he has installed quite a few of each.

I think both RS and TRG bars are capable of setting up your preference for under/oversteer characteristics - I was able to set my car up very neutral with slight understeer with the RS bars. I assume same is possible with TRG bars. If TRG bars are larger then presumably overall stiffness would be greater - probably a good thing on the track.
Then you are down to fitment and quality issues and I don't think there is much too worry about there with TRG and nothing to worry about with the factory bars.
RS bars were 'the thing' when I originally did my PSS9/RS bar setup. Doing it today I'd probably opt for the less expensive TRG bars.

I have PSS-9s with RS bars on my 993 and JIC with TRG bars on my 964. If you insist on spending the money on an adjustable setup, I'd do JIC and RS bars. I think the TRG bars are more than you need or want for 90/10 street/track and perfectly adequate for track use (I tracked the 993 before buying the dedicated track car).
I'm sure Bob would be more than happy to help (he takes care of both my cars). I still think that the Euro M030 with RS sways is the way to go. It's plenty for anything less than a very experienced track driver and should be cheaper.

Call Wright Tuning or email John Wright at john@evo350.com for info on the JIC's. He just did my car. Said quality was great and it's awesome that the adjustable camber plates and monoballs are included in the price. I have the TRG sways and absolutely love the set up. The upgrade (with shocks set in the middle and sways on full soft) was worth over 4 seconds a lap at Mid-Ohio during my first time out in over a year.

Only thing I would caution about the JICs is to make sure the locking nuts inside the shock is tight. I have had to get both sides tightened at different times. Talk to Bob, he'll know what I am talking about.
