Default CR-210 questions

Does anyone know if CR-210 has regular RCA outputs? Any thoughts on sound quality vs. aftermarket decks? How does it differ from CR-220?

Finally, what's the market value of these things? Are they worth having as a head unit for a system with decent speakers and amp?

Thanks!

No RCA outs

The CDR220 has a more modern look/features imho....and is plug and play with the cdr210..

Sound difference...not that I can tell...but my car is loud.

I got my CDR 220 off eBay for 225 and had the faceplate upgraded by Becker for 50 bucks so the LCD shines bright in the 993. New they are >1000 (I think)

I just swaped the CDR210 with the CDR220 in my TT, it took 3 minutes and I was high on Rejex..........

Becker makes a harness that will connect up to a power amp. I believe the harness terminates in RCA male plugs. Call Becker customer service at (888)423-3537 to confirm.

Another MAJOR advantage for the CDR220 is that Dension Audio makes an iPod connector that uses the existing ports on the head unit. It disables the CD Changer, if you have one, but you won't need it with the iPod anyway.

I am on the line with Rod Birch of Car Audio Innovations right now working out the details of an upgrade for the car, but I want to stick with the CDR220 for several reasons. He has mentioned one of the Nakamichi units, but I am resisting that right now to stick with the CDR220.

There's a CR210 in my car that needs to make way for a CDR210 or 220. If you are interested, let me know.
