Thanks Pete, Got your e-mail and will follow up on PPI

Was wondering if Porsche will still pick up the tab ( 10 year rust warranty) on the rust bubbles that some of these cars have under front/ rear windsheilds that are 6-10 years old?

HEY! Stay away from the widow in Nigeria. She's going to buy my car, so I don't want her spending all that money on yours!

Seriously, I'm trying to sell my plasticar, it's priced between wholesale and retail, below KBB's "private party" and all I get is calls from guys with "what's your lowest price?". But if I price it higher, I get no calls. I price it low, and they want more off. Only one serious looker, and he still hasn't made up his mind. It's almost worth selling it to Carmax.

As for the consignment idea - I think it's a great idea. That's how I bought my 993, it was on consignment.

Good luck!

Michael

Jeez Pete....I forgot about this thread until seeing it again today....amazing to me that no one has picked up the car. Sorry to hear that it has been difficult to sell your car....I think it looks great and would be happy with the recent big time work done......

That looks like a real nice car at a fair price. Wish it was a c2 and you were selling in a few months.

I'd love to buy that car. Sadly, I only have about 20k saved up presently for my next Porsche including the sale of my current 951.

The widow in Nigeria is sending me $15,000,000.00 To help her with a goverment transfer for diamond duckets.
When our deal is done I will take it at $33,000.00

I've been to Lagos and didn't see Porsches or high end sports cars. I find it very callous that no one in this country will accept the widow's offer, so she can be one of the first on her block with a sports car...and be able to settle that large check from the government. .
