Aluminum Bezels & Sils
I searched the archives and the posts are a little dated. I would like to find any information folks might have on obtaining a set of aluminum instrument bezels and a Carrera 4S sil. Has anyone ever dealt with Elke & Peter below? They carry both and make the sils custom. Thanks in advance.

I bought gauge rings from Prestige: http://www.prestigeparts.co.uk/993interior.htm
They are good quality and easy in install but took a long time to ship. I was thinking of sills but after reading many posts of the trouble with glue etc I decided against it...
BTW - Your link doesn't work. However those guys are strong on eBay. I think others have had good luck with them though...

SC Momentum I have a link for sil covers that I have used before on my 968 and have just bought for my 993. They are good quality and only $60 the pair. Send me a PM and I will send you link plus pics.

You can check with http://departstop.com/index.html for the aluminum c4s sills. I bought from them many years ago, they seem to be the only ones that have stock left. Maybe, not anymore?

I have purchased numerous items from them, including bezels, sills, aluminum key surround, *****, gear inserts, door *****, etc. They were great people to deal with. One time they sent incorrect ***** to me that did not fit my 911, but were rather for an earlier model. Anyhow, Elke resent the correct ones instantly and never even asked for the incorrect ones to be shipped back.
This should help. Good luck, and by the way, the products were awesome. I had the sills custom lettered by them.

When the cars were purchased new with the aluminum package....what came with that? Does anyone have any photos they would like to share regarding this?
I really want to get stuff that is low profile and matches. I will end up getting Gert's MY'02 Aluminum/Leather Shifter & Handbrake...I just want bezels and sils that match well with this. On the bezels I would really like thinner profile rings.

I think I have the Bezels that you are looking for... will post pics tonight for you to see. I took them off last week as a buddy RL member bought me a new set of diffrent bezels.

This is a pic from a customer which shows our titanlook rings in combination with Porsche alu gear shifter insert - the steering wheel he got somewhere in ebay...
