I am usually the money manager at our house. However my wife does the filing. Last night she filed all the car receipts and let me know that she wasn't too thrilled when what she had in her hand for the Turtle was $25k in repairs, consumables and enhancements.

Damn this is an expensive sport...my wife say I spent $15,000 on the car last year...this couldn't be, could it? You know how they like to exagerate!

All right I want you guys to walk over to your wifie's dresser and find the drawer that she keeps her bra's and panties in. I want you to open the drawer and search around in there until you find your ********* and then I want you to take them out and stick them back in your pants where they belong.....

John, does that mean I can run in any group? Can I run with street belts or do I need a harness? STS lets me run stock baby, just the helmet.

Martin, you need to talk to your boys at POC and see about some other venues other than streets for the STS. In the old days they used to have other tracks. Shoot for a guy like me who wants to keep his car pretty stock, I don't have a lot of choices.

Also, the slow class has me worried inamuch as there may be some greenhorns that I might get stuck behind like some idiot in the diamond lane going no where fast, ya know.

tom, tell her that the decimal point was misplaced. it's 2,500.

mnmblu, the only thing you need is helmet. you can use stock belts and you can run in any group. email todd as he will explain in more intricate details. i don't want to put words in his mouth.

I expect I'll piece one of the 911's together enough for some instructing/testing. And now that I can tow two, the Radical just needs a new front splitter and a wash.

John going to let me trash on this GT3????

I haven't even seen THIS car in person yet. Unless you went ripping by me on the freeway somewhere while I was loafing along in the commuter.........
