Chances are pguy put a deposit on the car with sale completion contingent on a clean ppi.
Hope it works well for all parties. Now would be a great time to cruise through the desert in a new 993.

Thank you for sharing. I went thru two (2) bad PPIs in the past two weeks and tomorrow will have another one. I'm very excited, yet nervous at the same time. Until I drive the car home from Dallas, anything can happen so just hope for the best.

Latest news: PPI passed with flying colors so I'm going to fly down to Dallas to finish the transaction then drive the car back to California

I just got a call from pguy and he said the transaction went smooth.
The car was consistent with representation and he appears to be a happy guy....... I could tell by the giggle in his voice

 

Could you see his $hit eating grin over the phone?

 

I'm happy to report that everything went smoothly and I made it home last night after 2 days of driving (1800 miles). Will tell you more about the roadtrip later. The car looks new and drives awesome! Love it.
