Yeah, sorry about the pic, but the one Kim posted was so bad, I had to redeem myself.

Okay, so here are pics of my engine. First, the almost completely clogged SAI ports....

Wow, that's a clogged pipe.

Glad to hear that you have your car back. I'm facing a turbo rebuild right now. Erk.

Okay, a couple more. Leaky oil pressure sender and where it leaked to. Ewww!!!!
(let me qualify - I could not fix the oil pressure sender until the warranty co. agreed to fix the valve guides, so this was leaking for some time).

Hey Adrienne,

Congrats on getting the car back!! All you have to do is tuck the repair invoice away in a hidden drawer and forget about it. Enjoy the new ride.

what's next?? The supercharger or new cup holders?

Finally some engine pics. If my wife, daughter or grand daughter were looking over my shoulder, they would begin to wonder what kind of Porsche thread this is. That cleaned up engine is a work of art.

Isn't that clean engine pic beautiful??! The pic hardly captures it. I didn't even recognize the engine it was so clean! What's next? Short shift kit. Actually, I may just order that with the suspension, what the heck, why not (uh-oh! There's that slip again). Then I think I'm gonna take a break and just enjoy the ride. By the way Terry, your car had 120k miles about 6 months ago. What's up, aren't you driving it?

Well, almost 120K, but you are right. I have been slowing down. More non-Porsche travel lately, such as plane trips with my wife, child pickup and runs to the dog park with the old wagon. Coming up in a couple of months, the annual trek around the northwestern states and Canada in the 993.

Adrienne, absolutely stunning motor pics. fyi, i'm now running H&R coil overs with factory cup sway bars & a strut bar from my buddies RSR (i bow down to that car). I must say, i'm VERY impressed with the suspension, especially after a fresh alignment & a corner balance. I did have to put a 5mm spacers on the front to make my 18" wheels clear with the "track set up" but that's no big deal. I know most of the gang will say go with PSS9s....but just thought I'd offer my experience.
Cheers.
K.
