I would like to set up a nice meet for all of us owners on Saturday June 21. I would like us to meet at Denny's located on 500 Route 10 in Randolph, NJ 07869 at 10 AM. There is already a meet in CT on that same day, btw... I guess about 20 cars have expressed interest already. Would it make sense to combine the two meets or to have two smaller meets?

I mean whatever would be easier for people. CT is still a ride for some people in NJ, vice versa. It would be nice to get everyone together, but if not, then whatever we can get would be great also.

I would definitely attend but the 21st doesn't work for me. Why have two conflicting events the same day?

I agree with Frank. Iam already planning on attending the CT/NY meet on the 21st of June, I would be happy to do another in NJ but WHY would you want to pick the same day? Choose another day and I'm sure it would be better for most of us who already comitted to 6-21-03.

Well I apologize, I did not know about the other meet that was planned. Some people were not up for a three to four drive. So I have gotten about 15 people already interested, so I would like to keep the meet as planned. Hope to see as many as possible.

Where would you guys like to meet in Jersey? I would like to make a meet about once a month. We should find a nice highway, not too much traffic and cops. I like Rte. 287 in general.

July 12 is fine with me but what you'll find is that Sundays are better for parents with kids as Saturdays are usually filled with soccer, baseball, etc.. I would also suggest to combine the meet with a drive on a nice road (other than I-95 or the Parkway). Just tell me when and where and I'll be there.

What road would you recommend in Jersey? I like 287, would avoid Parkway and Turnpike.

Rt 78 ( the western portion) is a good cruise road. It has a lot of country road exits that are great for a road trip. July 12th is fine with me.

If you guys will be in the 287/78 cross area, you should visit EWA on RT 22 E in Greenbrook. It's a retail store that sells auto models, books, magazines, and video's. Lot's of Porsche stuff, you can do serious damage to your wallet there. They usually get 911&Porsche World and GT Purely Porsche way ahead of Barnes and Noble.
