'98 C2S, Forest Green Metallic...I've never seen another like it, but there must be others out there. Anyone?

Hi Burt,

I've seen a few dark green metallic (assume this is Forest Green) cars over here. There was an article in 911 World on a Roock modified car that was this colour.

Saw one in Atlanta, GA a year or so ago. Grey interior. It was at the Jim Ellis dealership just north of town.

Burt - if you are referring to paint code L22E, that is Rainforest green metallic.

What Burt is looking for is Forest Green, a special order option for the '98/'99 996.... in that both the 993 and 996 lines were running at the same time, Burt's car got this option which was between $3,000 and $4,000.

I have seen a 996 Twin Turbo in Forest Green, but that is it.
