All, thanks for the feedback. Based on your feedback, I feel a lot more confident on the outcome.
BTW, I contacted the seller twice with several questions (both times requesting a contact phone number; while all my questions were answered, he neglected to forward me a phone # - This made me a little S-picious).
Alan, I typically hibernate for the winter months, I'm currently installing a TPC Unit on downtime.
And nile13, have that cup of coffee or tea before you fire-off next time, as mjporsche pointed out, I'm only trying to get a few good advices on how to proceed. I had all intension on fulfilling my part of the contract.
