Clears, absolutely. Orange does not harmonize with any color...

Default mrsullivan, thank you and i think you nailed it w/the comment

about the hood badge needing to match the wheel badges if you have crested ones. to take it a step farther, you can even get a factory 3 spoke steering wheel that has a silver crested badge on it for the interior. then the hood and interior badge match.

for the wheel caps i havent found good silver crested ones, but have had goodl results by having black S and red 4 stickers made for them. really make the wheels pop.

Default regarding the ralph booth silver wheels crest caps

yes, i have seen them but i think the center crest is to large and the cap doesnt curve in like it should, looks out of place to me on the 993 twist wheel. but keep trying, at least it is silver?

can some one w/a "stickered" twist crest post a photo of there wheel please

Funny you you should mention that....Last week I ordered the 3-spoke steering wheel and specified the silver crest to go on it. I also ordered the matching silver crest hood badge all from AJUSA. I had them ship it all up to VB who's adding a few mechanical modifications to my new TT. I'd also like to point out that Devek has now had my new car longer than I have....

hope you get the silver crest air bag. i think it was only made for one or two years (2000 for sure).

and the second photo of the silver wheel crest cap may work, anyone using it? is it curved in like the original twist cap and crest?

and dave your wheel is upside down, but like the red "four", it goes well w/the brakes. i now have a black S also that gives the cap even more pop.

love how these cars are so perfect that you can work on small things like this

Dr Ken - Since Ralph does these by hand anyways you can probably contact him to have some made exactly to your specs. They're not cheap to begin with so I don't see how they would cost that much more %-wise. Good luck and post pics of whatever caps you decide on.

BTW, where did you get your airbag and how much if I may ask? I've been looking for one at a reasonable cost for the past 6 mos. TIA

the carbon fiber wheel and silver crested air bag came off a 2000 boxster S i had. i traded it out for a gold crested set up i had. i havent been able to find the silver crest air bags for sale so if you find one grab it.

that is a good idea to see if ralph can do a custom silver crest 993 wheel cap.

I think I am the only one who doesn't care much for clear lenses. However if you are interested in selling your ambers I am currently removing all my bumperettes. (interesting looking word). thanks e

JohnJL: I got the lenses from www.departstop.com.

Riveria: Send me a PM if you're interested.

I'd also like to know where to get the bulbs that blink orange!
