Does anyone know of a place that you can rent to store and work on cars in the Northern Virginia area. Someplace near the Dulles Toll Road would be ideal, but I really haven't found much of anything out there regardless of location. Most general storage places do not have power outlets, so that would be tough. Thanks for any suggestions

Go on Craigslist. I just picked up a secure garage spot in Ballston for $150 a month. Some guys post ads looking for work space. I told one guy to keep me in mind if he found a larger space than he needed. Now he has around 5 guys who are talking about renting commerical space. Craigslist.org is where it's at.
