Bruce Anderson's Market Report...
...for 964s and 993s is in this month's Excellence.
Overall he doesn't report much of a change since the last report in February. Safe to say it isn't realistic, and I'm sure there are flaws in the methodology.
But as an owner and not a buyer
I guess it makes me feel better, especially given the gloom and doom market reports that frequently come up here. Oh well, even if I know it's not true given my recent experiences in the market.
Here are some numbers for "excellent" examples of coupes.
95 $47,338
96 $51,300
97 $57,050
97C2S $61,875
98 $67,350
