Thoughts on Cruise Control Not Working
My cruise control stop working yesterday. One minute fine, the next nothing! Does anyone have any basic guidelines for a little DIY troubleshooting before I take the plunge into the dealer. Fuse, relay, switch?
Thanks for the insights.

Keith,
Usually when the cruise control stops working it is caused by the little micro switch going out of adjustment in front of the clutch pedal. That might be the first area to check.
Of course it doesn't hurt to check the fuse too.
Although my last experience with a defective cruise control unit was entirely different. The problem ended up being a cracked cold solder joint on the servo controller board inside the cruise control module in the engine bay. I fixed it by resoldering the cracked soldering.
