Default 993 Replica Models

I found a 993 model in a store here in Mex. Are these available in the states?
The car is white. The doors, hood and trunck open. The rear spoiler is fixed open. Its metal. The wheels turn and are connected to the steering wheel. The car has stickers plastered on the body and the bottom says it was made in Italy.
Anyone know anything about this replica?

I have a 1/18 scale model of a 993. Same as you describe, without stickers, but gold, says "Made in China" on the bottom. "U T Models". Bought on ebay.

Randy, I am guessing that your model was made by BBurago of Italy, which makes all of these and more:

BBurago and Maisto are the two italian companies that make 993 models. I have BBurago 1/24th Shell/Pirelli yellow coupe, Bburago 1/43rd red coupe, Maisto 1/36th yellow coupe and will be picking up a Maisto 1/18th yellow cab pretty soon.

The guy I'm getting the cab from says that he also has a bunch of other Maisto 993 models. I'm sure that they are Maisto 1/18th (large, about 9" long). I can get a few more if y'all let me know what you're looking for. I'm thinking that they will end up being about $15-17 shipped if I get a few from him.

Yes those all sound about like this one. It most closely resembles the one Grahman posted with the stickers. This one is white. Are they rare? These guys are asking $34 for it.

Do the doors, deck and hood open? Is there lugage in the trunk? This says 1993 on the bottom. Mean anything special?

The one that Graham posted is the 1/24th model BBurago that I also have. The front hood doesn't open on it. Doors and trunk do.

It was available in 1/43rd as well, as far as I know.

Nile13,

Let me know if you can get the 993 coupe in Black. There is a BBurago 3060k BLack with tan interior that I am looking for.

Have you seen the UT Models 27812? I can't vouch for the quality though.

For a serious collector's model Porsche collection see http://porsche18.webpark.cz/list.html
