Entering immobilizer code
Please humor me because I don't have an owner's manual so nothing is easy!!
I was able to get the immobilizer code numbers from the dealer, but they do not know how to enter them. Assuming the # is 0123 how is this entered???
Thanks for the help and your patience!!

Try buying a manual for your car and also the shop manuals.
In the meantime, you can look here for info: <a href="http://p-car.com/diy/remote/" target="_blank">http://p-car.com/diy/remote/</a>

Huh???? It's spelled out in the shop manual. Surely they have one.
If they don't have a shop manual, I'd suggest they order one from myporsche.com, they review their PCNA Dealer Franchise Agreement & they consider hiring Ray as an outside consultant. I'd also suggest you find a new dealer.

Three Wheelin'
If you have to provide the procedure to the dealer...GET ANOTHER DEALER. Even if you do get them the procedure, I sure wouldn't trust them to do it! It isn't rocket science, but it is kinda involved.
