Default Touch up paint technique

I have bought the genuine Porsche parts Acryl Lackstift-Set with the intention of touching up stone chips. It contains 2 items:
Acryl Lackstift touch-up-pencil, and Acryl Klarlack clear lacquer.
I know it comes with a thin brush attached to the cap and I've used touch-up paint on my previous cars - but never very successfully.
Has anyone had any experience with this touch up set by way of application; drying times; application of the clear lacquer; how to avoid the tell-tale "bubble"?
There were no instructions with the 2-pack set.

Tnx

Becareful with the langka product. I had a chip on the edge of my fender and ended up rubbing though the factory paint. I have used a toothpick successfullyl to apply touch up paint. I was also recomended to go to an arts and kraft store and buy the smallest brush they had (0 i think), then use that. The less touch up paint the better. The factory paint could be a little thick to apply with the brush so you could thin it a little bit.

For touch up, I mix very little paint with paint thinner about 50 50 % each in a small cup. Clean surface with rubbing alcohol, than use toothpick and touch up chips. It could take several applications to build up to what is needed. It can take a day to dry per application. When I get the paint to proper surface I use blue magic and "compound" out slightly than wax over the area.

Do you think a gentle warm hair dryer would speed up the drying process safely?
