GT3 Seats: Any Fire Extinguisher Mount Options?
I recently received my new set of GT3 seats. (thanks Gert... <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/beerchug.gif" /> )
Are there any options for mounting a fire extinguisher to the 993 version of the GT3 seats?
I've grown used to the single bar Brey-Krause fire extinguisher mount (#2016) that I've used in the past with my factory power seats, but obviously that mounting bracket won't work with the manual sliders of the GT3 seats.
The BK version for manual seats (#2015), does not appear to be an option either, (at least not without modification) as it has single mounting slots on each side that will not correspond with the two (per side) closely spaced, front side bracket-to-slider mounting points of the GT3 seats.
As the car these seats are going in is almost exclusively a street car, I'm not looking at bolt in roll bars, which would obviously provide an extinguisher mounting alternative, albeit an elaborate one.
Anyone aware of any fire extinguisher seat mount options that will work with the 993 version of the GT3 seats? Or any other bolt-in mount options, for that matter?
As another alternative, is anyone using the <a href="http://www.speedwaremotorsports.com/images/911_harn_bar.jpg" target="_blank">Speedware Harness Bar with FE mount</a> ? Does it interfere or inhibit the rear movement of the seats?

Glen,
Which BK mount did you modify? The power seat version or the manual version?
Also, did you mount the BK rectangular shims as well (and modify them for the two, instead of one per side) rear, bracket-to-slider mounting points that compensate for the thickness of the bracket itself in the front?
