How much to tip transport driver?

I was wondering if anyone tipped the driver of an enclosed transport? How much, assuming the car arrives undamaged?

5-10$ per centimeter of the length of your smile when unloaded. I tip most private delivery guys...since I did delivery in my early college years and the tips made my day...
