Did you buy it recently? I heard that dealers don't sell them anymore. I've seen them go for big $ on Ebay. Good luck.

If anyone needs (or if it's compatible with 993's) a perfect condition, nearly new compressor off an '83 SC, I will listing it on eBay soon.

Bought mine at a dealer. Special order, that's why the re-stocking fee. Wasn't really hard to get. I called a couple of dealers. My car didn't have one when I purchased it but has since been found.
