Default Spring noise
Anyone know of a fix for noisy springs? I have H&R springs with HD shocks. When going over potholes,the spring unloads, and when the spring returns, the top "sleeper" coils hit together, making a clanking noise. Is there some type of tubing you can slip over the spring to help deaden this noise? I seem to recall a thread about cable-tying the perches to the springs, but couldn't find it.

Try calling Johnson Alignment in Torrance, CA. He did my install and I am super sensitive to noises and have had none. How long have you been using them before hearing the noise?

They have always made the noise since install. Thanks, I'll try them.
