It was in this thread:

Algea Hater posted the compoarison shots. Unfortunately, the images are not showing on my computer now (the greaded red x). May be John has a way to resurrect the images. I'd love to see them again myself.

i agree with mark, the narrow body really is not totally narrow as it does bulge in both fenders (older 911s were truely narrow).
Ive had a c2 and now a tt. I love the wide TT, but only b/c it has the TT spoiler and it really is a turbo so i just looks (and is) much more serious. I believe the narrow car is what porsche designed the car to be. If you want, i would add RS rockers and that would be a nice addition. Also, IMHO, i think the wide cars look a big too wide w/o a fixed spoiler.

The truth is that either one is the best representitive of the 911 Porsche ever produced, so take your pic!! being a turbo guy though I love the wide body. BUT the NB seems to make a statement of purpose that I can understand, style wise.

Looking back now that I have had this car for a few years, I am actually glad I have a NB iteration as I feel the RS bodywork (splitters, skirts and tail) looks great, without too much bling bling. FWIW

If the NB is properly lowered it looks better than the WB. When people look
at my car, NB with Turbo -S tail, they often mistake it for a WB..

I'm a new Porsche owner and frankly before buying a 993 I didn't know about the difference. I think people in general do not know of the difference until they actually see them side by side. After buying a salesman told me mine was a WB and that the car I first looked at was a NB. Sounds stupid now that I know....
Great cars anyway!

Not to confuse threads, but since our cars have now fallen in value below the 3.2 it is the perfect time to pick up an extra one. Personally, I love a cab and since they only came in NB I had no choice. When I wanted a coupe, there was no question, make mine a really big butt.
