Post OT: VW Boxter this AM.

While i was driving this AM, i saw this VW Boxter. I've removed the license plate but it says some to the line of "VW Boxter". <img src="http://www.pbase.com/image/16927528" alt=" - " />

I don't understand the need to remove license plates from photos. Am I naive; is there some legal issue that I'm missing? Or are we just getting a bit paranoid?

Hi Steve

There have been a couple of long threads in the past few years about whether or not it's a good idea to mask your plates on photos you post.

I figure MSN is showing consideration for that guy...
