Default Brake "chatter"?

When I back out of the garage or a parking space, the brakes "chatter" and the pedal vibrates.

Have replaced the rotors and pads (no anti squeel inserts/pads, but do use anti squeel coating). Currently using oem pads.

Brakes don't squeel and seem to work great otherwise.

Anyone experienced this one?

Are you braking with the left foot and gassing with the right? This can confuse the ABS, especially on a tip...

Thanks for looking. No, I only use the one foot, especially when backing up.

And for an update- about 15 minutes ago, this chatter occurred for the first time while going very slowly (in a parking lot) forward!

I've noticed mine chatters, too, sometimes. Last night, I was on a deserted road and I purposely came to a few panic stops hard enough to engage the ABS to see if it would help. Brakes seem to work a bit better... no chatter as of yet. Don't know what the hard stops has to do with the chatter, but you might want to try it to see if it improves your condition.
