not hard at all. the hardest part is pulling the caliper and holding it out of the way (w/out bending the brake line) in order to remove the disk. If you check p-car.com, there is a trick you can do to the shock to make this job life even easier.

Just because they have cracks doesn't mean you need to change them. If the cracks don't connect to each other or to the outside edges you MAY be fine. You need to check the thickness of the rotor, there is a min. spec. and that is what you should use to determine when they need replacement.

Well, just for info the shop manual sez (in BOLD print) to replace them if the cracks are greater than 5 mm long. Think this is about the hole diameter.
