I would be interested in the FM10's. I have a 97 993 C4S so I would be interested in an 18x9 front and 18x11 or 18x11.5 rear. Thanks for trying to set this up.

Jeff, I dunno... I assumed standard offset for Porsche.. if there is something you need.. lemme know. (Im no wheel expert... just acting as the liason between Rennlist and Paul@ Radial Tire Co.; who by the way is one of the top dealers for Fikse in the nation)

I'm no wheel expert either..

If people go with the factory sizes and offsets, they'll probably be ok.

But if not, you may run into problems in the future. You have to take into account wheel size, tire size, suspension setup ( ie camber ), space in the wheel well, etc.

I wonder if Fikse tries to protect (and I wonder if it might be illegal) their dealers.

The most discount you can normally get is 15%, any more and the product might not be available to them. Fikse will sell to you direct, at the same price as the dealer, so something is up.

If you can get a great "group price" I'd be in for two sets 1) standard GT2 offsets and 2) standard 996 offsets, both finished in their black ($50 per wheel extra). The model I want is the Profil 10 .

Kim,

Thanks for looking out for me, however I sold my TT for a GT2; and I bought an 03 X51 for the places I couldn't/wouldn't take a GT2. Currently I'm suffering from GT3 lust.

Colm- What a way to suffer indeed. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" />

I'd like to know pricing for 18x9 front 18x11.5 rear. Classic Mach V with the black anodize. Standard 993 Carrera 2 offset. Is it possible to only have the center anodized and leave the outer rim polished?

I have spoken to the Fikse folks directly...you can too. They don't discount that much, and encourage you to buy from their dealers. I suppose you could approach Fikse directly and I am certain they would work with you.

Fikse makes an incredible wheem. I went with the MY 2003 996 wheels: They were about 1/2 the price, they are made by BBS and they are light weight.

Colm, you didn't mention the size.

Guys, I am going to confirm this at the end of the month and try to post in the other forums (996, Boxster, etc) to get more people.

The price quote I get is going to be based on the number of people who have expressed interest. If one person drops out, etc, the pricing will not be valid. So if you are expressing interest, please be aware that even with the discount, these wheels are mighty expensive!! Don't expect to get them for like $1500 or something

One more thing, there seems to be some confusion , so let me clarify. **I** am not the one taking orders or sales here. I am simply a liason between Rennlist and Paul @ Radial Tire Co. (they will take your payment info, etc) I am making NO $ on this and have no other motives other than the fact that I too am interested in Fikse GB

Eric,
Thank you for taking the timwe to put this together. I'll give my sizes once I get home unless someone else could post the correct C4S size and offset. BTW I'm interested in either the Profil 5 or FM/5 Black center.

I hope Paul is reading this and will give me a break on the BMW tires I need to buy next week....

And additionally- after covering my Fikse's with dust from VIR a few weeks ago I used Eagle 1 cleaner on them which appeared to ruin the finish. But... Mother's mag and aluminum wheel cleaner has restored them to their former glory- quickly and with very little rubbing. I would highly recommend this stuff for your Fikse's. And stay away from that Eagle 1 stuff. I normally use Simple Green but was out of it.
