and don't waste time and cause potential

Thanks for the input. The wiring harness was replaced in January at 29,000 miles. That is when all of these problems started.

I had the same problem with my '97 recently. Are you sure ALL the codes are set before they reset? If all the codes are not set, it's my understanding that you will go back to square one. Also, a fault in the system will cause the codes to be reset. Give Cliff at Boardwalk Porsche in Dallas a call and he will be glad to tell you exactly how to run through the cycles to set all the codes.
