The colors were all taken from Porsche 911 Red Book, 1965-1999.

Oh yes, and thank you very much John D. for coming up with the "ignore list" feature.

Congratulations DJ! You made my list (first entry), so from now on, just save your breath in my case...

With so many angry responses to an internet poll that has absolutely no effect on any of our lives, I can deduce one thing. Some of you angry responders must really need to get laid!!! Just relax, and then go give it a tug yourselves. Then you won't feel so damned . Phil likes to keep things fun, as well as informative. Thanks Phil, I like your threads.

As of this point, there's one vote for Riviera Blue. I was just snacking on some delicious candy coated chocolate treats and wondering about this one vote. Who could have cast it? Then I coughed, and one M & M blew out of my mouth. I'm okay now, but still don't know who voted for such a photogenic color.

I thought we were all having fun!
Jools
PS. Don't M&M produce a Riviera blue treat?

LOL. You take yourself a little too seriously, Phil. And thank you for the honor. This means almost as much to me as being a member of ColorChange's LowCharacterFastDriver's Club.

Yes, but you need to carry it around with a big basket handle.

Matt

"Some of you angry responders must really need to get laid!!!"

That could be another poll!

a) Angry Responders who need to get laid.

b) Happy Responders who need to get laid.

c) Respondersof any emotional state who would like to get laid.

d) None of the above.

I am curious as to what the "other" colors are that rennlisters have.
( am i allowed to be curious in this thread, or just controversial )

Ok...seriously...enough is enough guys!
I try to stay away from these stuff, but although i too like things nicely balanced this is getting out of hand!
Phil, There is one thing to do it every so often and there is another doing in every thread! There is no reason to post for the shake of posting!!! Last time i supported you very much but I now lean on the other side. Like you expect people to respect you and your posting, you have to respect the other people's views.
I believe we all want it here to be balanced, with lots of technical information for the benefit of all. Now posting my picture and knowing how many guards red 993's are on this board is not highly educational and not particularly amusing. It is sorry tosay, just a waste of bandwidth!
Lately because of the ton of work I have to do which leaves me very little time to browse the forum, I browse maybe once a day. Well guess what! The board is full of new threads and most filter into page 2. I dont have time to go thru all the clutter and to be honest even a nice and lite thread that would be very entertaining ( not to mention a tech post that I can learn from) is lost in the sea of polls and "how much does my 993 worth" posts.
Rennlisters like all of us were attracted to this forum because of the wealth of information and sometimes the spanky humour. Lets keep it this way!
If something is overcooked it tastes really bad. Lets not get into that point please.

Bravo Danny!

Mike,
Is there really a need for option "D"?
