Light in aircondition button

This is a short question.

The light in the air condition button stays on even after the ignition is turned off. This applies to the full blast button as well. Is this normal?

Me either. Is the fan shutting off, or is that staying on as well?

it does this in mine. teh a/c isn't working properly at the moment, but this always happened, even when it was working.
