On the 944 e-mail list, about 5 years ago, someone posted a "help, my car won't start" e-mail... Some guy replied (names are obviously not something I'll post
) - and tried to help her out via e-mail, so they trade a few.... They found out they lived about 40 miles away, so the guy goes over to help......Fast forward about 14 months..... They get married.....
Fast forward about 12 months later - they have their first child....
Fast Forward one day later, after the birth - and "the guy" call me and signs up their new-born son as a Rennlist Member, just to say "Thanks"....
Yea - it's happened...

Great story. I almost have the reverse happened to me. Befriended Pin, got a RUF, found Rennlist, Viperbob, slippery slope..... Now my wife is threatening divorse.
Anybody else has the same sob story?

You did a good thing. Everyone is having a ball with this thread. My last post is still making me chuckle when I see it. I don't know about you but I think it's hysterical... but then again, I'm wack.
