This is the only pic of me and my 993
taken by someone else at the last "Washington DC/Baltimore - Meet and Drive" near Ellicot City, Md. I don't typically have pics taken of me and my car, because I'm embarrassed by the whole thing to begin with. It just seems a bit goofy to me, like, "Hey - here's a pic of me and my Porsche. Screw you and the lesser car you rode in on." I know - I need therapy.
Now, I DID have a pic taken of me the last day I had my 88 911, because I was so sad to see it go - I was almost in tears. The buyer told me to run inside and get my camera and have a pic of me and the departing car, just before he backed it out of my driveway ...it's actually a pic of the pic (taken on my kitchen counter of the original pic!)
Good to see a pic of you guys with your cars. So, the rest of you are THAT SHY? Come on, guys... let's see em'!
