Post Nakamichi CD-400 or CD-45Z

I'm considering replacing my stock becker CDR-210 in dash CD Tuner with either the Nakamichi CD-400 or the CD-45Z. Does anyone have experience with these units? Are they a direct fit? Can I retain the stock Amp? I have new speakers arriving this week, rears are Kenwood KFC-4675 (4x6 2way) fronts are Kenwood Excelon KFC-X138 (5.25 2-way)
Any input on this set up would be appreciated.

TIA

I have used the Nak cd-35z in both my 86 911 and my 98 boxster. The fit was fine. (the cd45z is the same size as the cd35z). I had a problem with alt. noise that I had to filter out with some aftermarket filters. The Nakamichi sounds way better than the factory unit. I used ADS amp and speakers, with the nak as a head unit. The internal amps are a little weak. I don't have any experience with the cd400/
