Jools, after you wait 6 mos. and pay $26k for an accident fix, the body shop guys tend to shine it up real good when you get the car back.

Default Does this AWD count?
I know this is not a pic of my 993, but it is my daily driver and I figure they are both AWD with similar HP, except this one has a TRD SC and tows the Zodiac.
The 993 is getting mods so soon she will rise again from her ashes......

Wombat, don't ever give up the hope. Like it or not, time passes by and then you wonder what happened to it. It seems like just last week I was at the Dealer drooling over the '96 993 on his floor. I had just graduated and wondered when I'd ever have one. On the flip side, a buddy just emailed me yesterday reminding me of some hilarious stories from those "single" days and commenting how those days are long gone and won't be repeated. So the day will come when you get that car you want, just make the best of the present.

I would argue very strongly that it is one of the very prettiest cars on this thread.

Not the most racey, or rare, or modded, but a truely beautiful example of a 993.

It was a very nice colour, Amaranth (purple to you and me).
Pic is taken with my Mitsubishi Evo 6. before I sold the lot to come and live over here!
