Post MPSC only Y-rated?

I'm in the market for track tires, and based on many recommendations from this site I'm looking at Michelin Pilot Sport Cups. As I was researching the tire, I was surprised that they were only Y-rated. Am I looking at the right tire?

I was expecting that all high performance tires would be Z-rated... am I assuming too much?

Thanks.

Jeff,

Not to worry, Y is more than you need. "Z" is no longer the fastest rating:

Q: 99 mph
S: 112
T: 118
U: 124
H: 130
V: 149 (though sometimes "above 130")
Z: "above 149"
W: 168
Y: 186

Thanks Todd... I just learned something new !! I can't think of anyway for a rating system to make less sense, but it must work for someone.
