To give you my $.02, I had the same problem not a week ago. Yep, 7mm spacers up front, problem solved.

I know this thread is old but curious on a couple things.

1) Were the spacers purchased from RUF?
2) Did you have to use longer studs with the 5, 6 or 7mm spacers up front?

Thanks,
Bryan

Bryan;

Had the same problem with my 97 C2 S this past summer when I put the Ruf's on my car, 5mm came from tire rack, not ruf. The problem occured when they mounted new P-0's and no, stock studs were used with no adverse effect.( same # of turns )
