Default Help: 220 Volt alternative to PC 7424

Hallowed and knowledgeable group... I ask your help!

Looking at the purchase of a rotary/orbital polisher. I want the PC 7424 but it is not avail in 220 volt version.

PC refered me to "FLEX" in Germany but I cannot find the PC 7424 in their lineup.

Any Euro "putz" freak care to suggest a make and model??
