You are correct with your assumptions:

Partial leather includes:

Front seat faces (what you sit in)

Gear shift boot

Probably top of gearshift **** I know rootwood definately is.

Steering wheel cover

Rest is plastic or vinyl.

Unless you have the upgraded shifter (alum/leather) on your C2S, yours is vinyl.

Your S has a black dimpled leather strip across the doors and dashboard, too. The steeting wheel, not airbag cover, is leather.

All else, as you surmised, is leatherette.
