Question 96 C4 wheel offset?

Can someone tell me the correct wheel offset's for 96 C4 Cab (narrowbody). I want to put on 18" technology wheels (turbo twist) and am not clear as to what is correct since there are different turbo twist wheel offset types. I am upgrading from 17" cup wheels. Thx

Thanks for th info... I noticed it states for 18" wheels on a 993 - "Requires steering rack support bracket on '95 and '96 993"? I never heard of this. What is it exactly, and how much does it cost to do this? I have a 96 C4 Cab.

I've got 18" tech wheels on my '97 S, and I'm thinking of buying a set of 17" cup wheels to put sticky tires on for track events. I may be interested in your old wheels.

While I'm on this topic, I have a related issue of my own. I know the wide body cars came with 17" cup wheels as the standard wheels, so they should fit my car, although from Robin's site, it appears I'd need 31mm spacers on the rear. Is this right? Or did the factory make two (or more?) different versions of the 993 17" cup wheels for narrow body and wide body cars?

Finally, one reason I want to do this is that I also have an '87 Carrera coupe, currently running early '90's C2 turbo 17" wheels, and I'd like to be able to run the 17" cup wheels/track tires from above on both the '97 and '87 cars. I'm sure monkeying around with spacers would be required on the '87 in order to pull this off, but I thought I'd throw this out there for comment in case anyone has experience with this.

c4-toy...The bracket is a flat plate that installs between the steering rack mounting points. The bracket comes with longer allen head bolts and the Factory recommends installing it on MY1995 cars with a VIN of... 323614 or later... before retrofit of 18" wheels and tires. Beginning with MY1996, the bracket was installed by the Factory. It's available from the dealer for approx. $42.00. The part numbers are as follows:

1. support bracket - 993.347.131.02
2. allen bolt - M8x60 (Qty. 2) 999.218.102.09
3. allen bolt - M8x80 (Qty. 2) 999.218.103.09
Per the TSB 4440 # 9604. Since you have a '96C4...it's already equipped.
